I’m a Senior Recruitment Specialist with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and outsourcing, supporting both high-volume and specialized hiring across global teams. In addition to recruitment, I bring a strong background in service delivery, quality assurance, and training, which gives me a unique, end-to-end perspective on hiring.
Having worked closely with operations, L&D, and performance teams, I understand what success looks like beyond the offer stage and can assess candidates not just for skills, but for readiness, adaptability, and long-term fit. I specialize in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing and headhunting, interview coordination, employer branding, and building strong talent pipelines that support sustainable growth.
What sets me apart is my human-centered approach to recruitment. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which allows me to apply behavioral science to hiring by understanding motivation, job fit, engagement, and organizational culture.
