I'm Dan Leo S. Santos with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a licensed architect, with more than 5 years of experience in designing and managing both residential and commercial projects.
I have successfully led several projects from conceptual design through to construction, collaborating with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure the final product meets the highest standards. My proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape as well as my strong understanding of building codes and regulations, has allowed me to deliver projects on time and within budget. Additionally, I am committed to sustainable architecture and have experience incorporating energy-efficient solutions and green building practices into my designs.
