As a Project Architect, I am responsible for the preparation and processing of material submittals and approvals in accordance with project specifications, as well as the conduct of material inspections to ensure compliance with approved standards and quality requirements. I review and prepare architectural shop drawings for construction coordination and implementation, and I perform cost estimates, quantity take-offs, budget comparisons, and estimate works to support project cost control and planning. I monitor work progress and prepare regular progress reports, while supervising architectural works on site to ensure that construction is executed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. I also coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, and construction management to address project issues and ensure smooth implementation.
