service representative for 2 years at TTEC.Assist the providers concern about their patients Dental Plan.
Provides the payment details.
Makes payment/claim adjustments if any.
Check eligibility of the client.
Create ticket request for credentials of the client.
Process dental claims and verify dental insurance and
coverage. Also a former shift Manager at Alfametro Marketing Inc. Provide direction and feedbcak to workers during shift.
Schedule employee shifts and assign duties.
Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences.
Train and coach new employees.
Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or
replacements to management.
Check cash drawrs and prepare bank deposits.
Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
Address customer and employee concern and complaints
