Hello, I am Josef, a versatile Virtual Assistant and a Graphics designer who helps small business owners with their daily operations and elevate their presence online. I began my journey as a Virtual Assistant by helping my client with sending cold emails to potential clients for his business. I’ve also helped with the recruitment of sub contractors for projects that my client was working on. Eventually I realized that despite sending emails and offering our services, it falls flat if the brand doesn’t look trustworthy. Because of this I expanded my services into graphics designing, I help small businesses improve their social media presence and give their business a professional look and a sense of trustworthiness. I offered my services for free to my first few clients as a gesture of good will and because I wanted to put my name out there.
Now, I enjoy combining these two worlds. I can offer services where I can handle your administrative problems, such as sorting emails, doing lead generation, and even managing projects, while at the same time I design professional, branded content for your social media accounts.
