I hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and over 16 years in the BPO and Travel Services industry, specializing in airline reservations and customer support across US, Canada, EU, and APAC markets. Extensive background in handling flight bookings, reissuances, cancellations, schedule changes, refunds, and other travel-related services while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
I’ve worked extensively with tools like Amadeus and Sabre GDS, along with Salesforce, CMS, Google Workspace, Navigator, CISCO and MS Office 365.
Some of my key achievements include being promoted to Supervisor and later to Operations Assistant Manager, where I led teams, improved processes, and maintained high service standards. My key strengths include customer service excellence, problem-solving, attention to detail, efficiency in fast-paced environments, and team leadership.
