I’m an Operations & Automation Specialist focused on building practical systems that make businesses more efficient and scalable. I don’t just manage tasks, I look for repetitive processes, improve them, automate them, and document the workflow so it can be consistently executed.
I have hands-on experience with ----------- and Zapier for workflow automation, as well as Airtable, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, and HubSpot for data management, CRM, project management, and day-to-day operations. I’ve built customer inquiry and lead qualification workflows from scratch, including automated data collection, CRM tracking, conditional routing, and task creation.
I’m comfortable working with structured data, mapping information between applications, configuring workflow conditions, testing automations, and troubleshooting issues when systems don’t behave as expected. I also understand the importance of process documentation and SOPs, not just following them, but identifying opportunities to make them better.
My approach is simple, if a process is repetitive, time-consuming, and predictable, I ask whether it can be improved or automated.
I work independently, communicate clearly when clarification is needed, and take ownership of the systems and processes I work with. I’m currently expanding my automation skills into n8n and AI-assisted workflows while continuing to develop my expertise in business process automation.
