Junior Product & Digital Content Coordinator
Product Listing and Content Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings on multiple eCommerce platforms. Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and consistent.
Data Management: Manage bulk uploads of product data using Excel and Google Sheets. Perform data manipulation for content updates and product listings. Accurate and up-to-date product listings on assigned eCommerce platforms. Optimized digital content including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Back Office Responsibilities: Ensured all products that we advertise are in correct details and adhered to Australian Consumer Law and Catch standards, mitigating legal and brand risks.
Advertising Compliance: Providing and reviewing all the advertise promotions live in our website and ensuring that we comply with Catch policies. We also assist Ecommerce specialist in creating their events and giving them the proper promotions to use by also ensuring no infringements or false claims were published.
Buyer and Seller support: We collect data for weekly reporting of their promotions we published through our website and creating a report to be submitted in our buyers.
Team Leadership & Goal Management: Directed daily, weekly, and monthly team targets, ensuring efficient and seamless processes for both ecommerce specialist and agents, minimizing advertising issues.
Integration Expertise: Stayed updated on integration updates, managing account distribution within the team to ensure goals were met collaboratively.
