I am an E-Commerce Operations Virtual Assistant specializing in Shopify backend support, order processing, and inventory management for online stores.
I help e-commerce business owners manage daily store operations accurately and efficiently. I handle product uploads, product listing updates, inventory tracking, order coordination, backend store organization, email management, and operational reporting.
If your Shopify store needs structured backend support, I ensure:
• Products are uploaded correctly
• Inventory levels are updated
• Orders are monitored and coordinated
• Reports are accurate and clean
With a corporate background in estimation and documentation, I am highly detail-oriented and process-driven. I am experienced in managing data, tracking costs, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records — skills that directly translate to strong e-commerce operations support.
I work confidently with:
• Shopify backend
• Google Sheets & Google Workspace
• Microsoft Excel
• Canva (basic product visuals)
• ChatGPT & AI tools for workflow efficiency
I am seeking a long-term part-time role with a growing e-commerce business where I can provide reliable, consistent operations support.
