For the past five years, I’ve worked in the BPO industry, handling both technical support and customer service. I spent two years in technical support managing inbound calls and chat for telecommunications services like satellite and internet. After that, I worked for three years in customer service through chat and email for a financial app, where I handled fraud detection, app navigation, cash advances, and loan requests.
I adapt easily and am open to new roles where I can effectively apply my experience while continuing to learn and grow.
