In my previous roles, I prepared complete sets of construction drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, including permit application and construction documentation. I am highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite to support design development and presentation needs.
In addition to drafting, I am knowledgeable in material take-offs, estimates, and preparing Bill of Quantities, which helps ensure projects are both well-coordinated and cost-efficient.
