My name is Star, 28 yrs old and currently employed as Real Time Associate in Alorica PH. I do have knowledge in Customer Service, effective communication, Staffing, managing and monitoring queues and volumes, agents schedule and making sure metrics are met. Tools I'm familiar with are Five9, Verint, Zopim, Zendesk, Basic Ms Word, powerpoint, Excel, Ms office for emails, Ms teams, Zoom, Google meet for communication and meetings.
