I have been in the BPO most of my employment career. I had more than a year B2B Chat and Email support experience. I wrote articles for SEO occasionally as an on-call writer. My education stems from basic accounting knowledge to engineering. Hence, I had knowledge on accounting basics, such as the balance sheet. Additionally, being an engineering student exposed me to AutoCad.
I am more inclined to analysis and problem solving, as this is what I've been studying.
I am familiar with tools, such as Zendesk, Saleforce, Skytree, etc. I can perform basic Microsoft offices.
I am hoping to land a full time position, but is also considering any part time jobs.
