I am a PRC-licensed Civil Engineer with experience in construction management, project supervision, quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project coordination. I have worked on residential, commercial, land development, roads and bridges, and building projects, with experience handling project documentation, quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, procurement coordination, scheduling, and construction monitoring. Most recently, I worked as an Associate Construction Project Manager supporting US-based construction projects, where I coordinated project activities, monitored purchase orders, timesheets, budgets, and maintained construction workbooks. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and construction documentation, with experience working in remote and international project environments. I am currently seeking opportunities in construction estimating, quantity surveying, project coordination, or construction management where I can leverage my engineering and construction experience.
