I am a technical and construction professional with experience in IT support, SAP system administration, network troubleshooting, and construction estimating and project management.
My IT background includes L1–L3 SAP support, user administration, technical troubleshooting, network and Wi-Fi support, remote support, and customer service. I also have hands-on construction experience managing residential and commercial projects, including quantity takeoffs, BOM/BOQ preparation, cost estimation, project coordination, and reading construction drawings.
I am experienced with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and other technical tools. I am detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or with a team.
