I was responsible for managing multiple clients and active contracts simultaneously, handling everything from interpreting technical drawings and preparing detailed cost proposals and tenders to coordinating with subcontractors and administering contractual obligations.
I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD, with training in digital quantity takeoff using Bluebeam Revu and PlanSwift. I am highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
