I began my work as a Customer Service Representative for two different firms for four years, doing Technical Support and Full Customer Experience Assistant for a retail company in the United States. I transitioned to freelancing when I was given the opportunity to work from home. Continuing, I worked for a variety of organizations, performing Customer Service responsibilities for various eCommerce platforms.
