I’ve worked in lead generation, sales, and B2B technical support, where I handled tasks like researching leads, reaching out through calls, emails, and messages, managing CRM records, and supporting business owners with their day-to-day needs.
I also have experience in home care as a Case Manager, where I coordinated client care, communicated with patients and healthcare providers, managed schedules and documentation, and ensured that services were delivered efficiently and compassionately. This role strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
In addition, I’m trained in executive assistance and Amazon Seller Central, so I’m comfortable managing calendars and emails, creating SOPs, working with reports, and handling inventory and orders across platforms.
