Over the past 7 years I've worked across full-cycle accounts payable, bookkeeping, and executive support. I'm a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and I've run AP end to end in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Ottimate, Yooz, Ramp, and Wise. I once led an accounting system migration from planning the transition to automating the cleanup, and built an invoice tracker that kept everything auditable.
These days a lot of my work looks closer to chief of staff. I take the processes living in a founder's head and turn them into documented systems the team can run without them. That spans payroll, CRM and sales pipelines in GoHighLevel, social media, and the automations that hold it together.
What ties it together is a habit of turning messy, manual work into clean, repeatable systems. I document what I build, automate what I can, and hand people something that keeps working after I've set it up.
