I am an Assistant Account Manager for Personal Lines Insurance. My role mainly revolves around taking inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance via email, assisting with Commercial Lines, and doing a little bit of administration task.
The processes I perform as follows but not limited to billing and payments, emails, cancellations, mortgagee changes, claims entry, loss runs, telemarketing (cross-selling), documentations, and memos. With my current processes, I am well trained and familiar with Applied Epic. I also have an idea about other tools being used such as Hawksoft. With phone system, I am familiar with the use of Avaya, Genesys, Ring Central, Bria, and UC Connect.
