Hi, my name is Leslie, I’ve been with BPO Industry for over 5 years, where I started as a Customer Service Representative, I became a Subject matter expert and got promoted as a Quality Analyst. Currently I am an Asset Management Supervisor for almost 3 years now.
These experiences helped me develop strong communication, problem solving & organizational skills and of course time management which I believe is valuable to this job. I also love helping others to make their work easier and I am able to focus on my task with minimal supervision.
In my current role, I am responsible for supervising my own team, auditing calls, facilitating and scheduling meetings, answering emails and SMS, tracking packages and helping logistics with deployments and replacement equipment.
I have considerable knowledge in MS Applications, Sharepoint. Google Applications, IT Ticketing tool, Zoom, Slack and Dialer tool.
