As what I have experience in my previous Job on being an Administrative Assistant for a Dean is answering calls, replying to emails and setting the schedules of my Immediate Head. I am a very dependable and cooperative person. I learned to multitask and I identify the task that needs most attention and work on the other task afterwards until I will finish all my tasks.
Being a graduate on Information Technology I can say that I am generally quick to learn new tools. If I am not familiar with a tool I try to search about it and watch tutorials in Youtube . I have background in Google workspace, Quickbooks, MS Office, and currently exploring asana.
I use AI when I have to make a formal communication and for research as well.
