I am an Operations & Systems Specialist and Virtual Assistant who helps business owners streamline operations, improve workflow efficiency, and bring structure to their daily business processes.
I focus on making business operations more organized, efficient, and reliable so nothing gets missed and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
I specialize in CRM management, workflow optimization, executive support, and general operations assistance. I support businesses in managing systems, coordinating tasks, and improving execution from lead intake to completion.
Core Services:
CRM management and pipeline organization (GoHighLevel)
Workflow and task system setup (ClickUp, Notion)
Executive support (email, calendar, inbox management)
HR coordination, payroll support, and admin tasks
Daily operations support and process organization
I use tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Notion, and Google Workspace to create structured and efficient systems that improve workflow visibility and execution.
Many businesses struggle with scattered systems, missed follow-ups, and inconsistent processes. I help solve this by bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to operations so business owners can focus on growth instead of managing chaos.
I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. I work independently, take initiative, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
I am currently open to long-term opportunities where I can support business owners in improving systems, streamlining operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
I work best with clients who value structured systems, reliable support, and operational efficiency—not just task completion.
