Im currenly working as a clinic patient in out patient diagnostic clinic and company clinic. In diagnostic clinic my role is handling patients for consults and diagnostic procedure is to assist by the time that they enter the clinic upon exit. Like taking their vital signs, encoding their personal information via system end electronic medical records. And designating them into specialize doctors that will handle their specific chief complaints.
As a company nurse, my task is here is more on one on once counseling specially when they are having anxiety or not feeling better . Checking their medical records and informing them if they needed immediate consult base on the medical results that they present to us here in the clinic. Giving an over the counter medication that can relieve their illness that they complained on the time of clinic visit. attending on emergency needs immediately with a sense of urgency.
