For the past three years, I’ve built my foundation in the construction industry through hands-on, on-site experience—learning how projects really run beyond drawings and spreadsheets. Being on site taught me how decisions made early in estimating directly affect cost, schedule, and execution in the field. Now, I’m intentionally transitioning into a remote estimator role where I can apply that practical knowledge with a stronger focus on analysis, accuracy, and planning.
My mission is to support project teams with clear, reliable estimates that reflect real-world conditions—not just theoretical numbers. I’m motivated to bring field-informed insight into remote estimating environments, helping teams bid smarter, reduce risk, and align expectations before construction begins.
With three years of industry exposure, I understand scope coordination, sequencing challenges, material constraints, and the impact of change orders. I’m building on this experience by strengthening my estimating skill set, working through takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and bid documentation while adapting to remote workflows that prioritize communication, accountability, and precision.
Industry experience and growing expertise:
• On-site construction experience across active projects
• Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and scopes
• Quantity takeoffs and structured cost estimates
• Labor, material, and equipment awareness grounded in field reality
• Supporting bid preparation, RFQs, and scope reviews
• Remote collaboration using digital tools and shared workflows
Key contributions and strengths:
• Applied site knowledge to identify scope gaps and constructability risks
• Supported accurate pricing by validating assumptions against field conditions
• Maintained organized cost data, notes, and estimate revisions
• Consistently met deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
• Adapted quickly from site-based work to remote-focused responsibilities
I’m known for being detail-oriented, practical, and reliable. I communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and take ownership of my work—qualities that translate well into a remote estimating role.
I’m actively seeking remote estimator opportunities where field experience is valued and growth is encouraged. If you’re building a distributed team and want an estimator who understands the jobsite as well as the numbers, I’d welcome the connection.
