I’m a customer service professional with over nine years of experience supporting international customers across sales and service roles.
I began my career as a Sales and Service Consultant with a US-based telecommunications company, where I handled customer inquiries, billing and technical concerns, and sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
For the past seven years, I’ve been working with a New Zealand–based personal insurance company as a Sales, Service, and Email Consultant. In this role, I support customers through phone and email, assist with policy changes, explain coverage, and ensure each interaction is handled accurately and with empathy.
