Working at the front desk in a school comes with a variety of important tasks that
keep things running smoothly. One of your main jobs is to greet everyone, students, parents,
staff, and visitors,while keeping things friendly and professional. I’m also answering phone
calls, helping with inquiries, taking messages, and directing people to the right staff or
department. Additionally, I'll assist students and parents with questions about schedules,
school events, and help schedule appointments with teachers. It’s a role that combines
customer service and administrative work, and the efforts are key to maintaining a smooth,
welcoming environment at the school.
