I am a Construction Project Coordinator with over 10 years of experience supporting commercial, industrial, and agricultural construction projects through project coordination, scheduling, procurement, permitting, documentation, and project controls.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, warehouse teams, accounting personnel, and government agencies to ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule.
Beyond project coordination, I design Excel-based management systems that improve construction workflows and reduce manual work. These include procurement dashboards, material delivery trackers, cost estimating systems, project scheduling (Gantt charts), fuel allocation calculators, permit trackers, and project reporting tools using XLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, PivotTables, and dynamic formulas.
