Hi, I’m Kristofer Rey Cunahap.
I’ve worked in both customer service and Amazon FBA, so I’m comfortable handling customer interactions while also managing backend tasks.
In my previous role as a CSR, I handled inquiries, returns, and refunds daily. I made sure customers were assisted properly while keeping responses clear and professional. I’m used to working in a fast-paced setup and managing multiple cases at once without losing attention to detail.
On the Amazon side, I’ve done product research using tools like Keepa, Helium 10, RevSeller, Amazon Scout, and Seller Central. I usually look at demand, competition, pricing history, and margins to find products with good potential. I don’t just pull random products I try to make sure the data actually makes sense before recommending anything.
I’m fluent in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano. I’m patient, easy to work with, and I take instructions seriously. Once I understand the task, I can work independently and get things done without constant supervision.
