My name is Jackilyn, and I’m from the Philippines.
Although I don’t have direct experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant yet, I am highly motivated to learn and build a successful career in the healthcare virtual support industry.
I have been studying medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, SOAP notes, medical transcription, appointment scheduling, and electronic medical records. I’m also familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, and I continuously improve my communication and organizational skills through self-learning and practice.
I am a fast learner, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining accuracy and patient confidentiality. I enjoy learning new systems and procedures, and I’m confident that with proper training, I can quickly become a valuable member of your team.
What I may lack in experience, I make up for with dedication, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn. I’m excited about the opportunity to grow, contribute, and provide excellent support to both healthcare providers and patients.
