For three years, I served as an Office Secretary, where organization wasn’t just part of the job, it was my specialty. I managed and meticulously filed documents to ensure everything was systematic and audit-ready at any given time. I coordinated appointments with precision, maintained structured schedules, and consistently arrived ahead of time to keep operations running smoothly before the day even began. Beyond administrative duties, I became a reliable support system for both teachers and students, addressing concerns, facilitating requests, and ensuring the office remained efficient, welcoming, and solution-oriented.
Alongside my administrative role, I developed a strong creative portfolio in Layout Design and Crafts. I conceptualize and execute visually compelling materials for clients, as well as for school and office functions,
ranging from formal certificates and event collaterals to thematic décor and customized creative projects. My design approach combines aesthetics with purpose, ensuring each output is not only visually striking but also aligned with branding and event objectives.
In addition, I have been actively engaged in Event Management for the past six years, successfully handling pageants, cultural showcases, and institutional programs. From program conceptualization and logistics planning to stage management and execution, I ensure every event runs seamlessly. I am adept at coordinating committees, managing timelines, handling performers and technical teams, and resolving on-the-spot challenges with composure. My goal is always to deliver events that are organized, impactful, and memorable.
Lastly, I am a Licensed Professional Teacher who has been actively involved in educating and mentoring young minds since 2024, both within and beyond the classroom setting. My teaching practice emphasizes clarity, engagement, and meaningful learning experiences. I take pride in not only delivering lessons effectively but also fostering confidence, discipline, and growth among my students.
