• Site identification, survey, route analysis, mapping, documentations, and detailed design drawings of OSP access backbone, access sites, and IBS in all environment (aerial and underground) and ensuring drawings meet current company and national standards using CAD systems.
• Perform site feasibility, quality assurance and inspections of facilities and transit related structures as needed.
• Propose and develop value-engineered alternative solutions (during design or construction phases).
• Conduct redline and provide report on material consumption and identify remaining workloads.
• Prepare, revise, and checked as-built technical designs including calculations, bill of quantities, and risk assessment.
• OTDR and ground simulation, testing, and analysis.
• Assist project manager/supervisor, during implementation, PAC documentation, access sites light up and site acceptance.
• Coordination of multiple organizations internal and external (local and national government, right of way, marketing, planning, contractors, lot owners) to achieve successful end product.
