Licensed Architect | Architectural Project Coordinator | Project Manager Assistant (Construction)

I am a Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting, construction documentation, and project coordination. I started my career in an architectural firm in a drafting-intensive role using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape before transitioning into hands-on construction project support after obtaining my license.

I support project managers by preparing RFIs/RFAs, progress billing, quotations, purchase orders, revision drawings, and progress reports while coordinating closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams. I conduct site documentation, maintain organized project folders in Google Drive, and ensure drawing revisions and submissions move forward efficiently.

I also create 3D visualizations using SketchUp and Lumion to help clients and teams clearly understand design intent. My goal is to reduce project manager workload, maintain clear documentation, and support smooth project execution across all stages.
