It was a great experience to work as a CSR, Tech Support, and Sales Representative for over 5 years. My previous job was related to E-commerce. I was an email CSR and my main responsibilities are assisting customers with their concerns related to billing, order status, refunds, cancellations, replacements, inquiries, and others. The tools we were using are Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, WooCommerce, Aftership, Shipmonk, Microsoft Office, Skype, Slack, Basecamp, Google Drive, Gmail, and Hubstaff.
