My role involves verifying BI, PD, PIP, MedPay, and UM/UIM coverage, confirming policy limits, requesting and reviewing declarations pages, tracking PIP exhaustion, and documenting accurate coverage summaries in case management systems.
I regularly communicate with insurance carriers to:
• Confirm active policy periods
• Verify policy limits and coverage types
• Obtain claim numbers and adjuster information
• Follow up on pending coverage disclosures
• Ensure accurate documentation for litigation readiness
I understand how critical timely and accurate coverage verification is for demand preparation and case progression. I am detail-oriented, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
I am currently available 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Time (US late afternoon hours), totaling 10 hours per week.
