I am currently serving as a Primary Mathematics Teacher in Phnom Penh, Cambodia where I manage the classroom, mentor students, and ensure high-quality learning outcomes. Prior to my teaching career, I worked in the corporate sector with international companies, handling team management, digital marketing support, customer phone support, call quality monitoring, and training facilitation.
I bring strong experience in process improvement, performance coaching, training delivery, and data analysis, helping teams improve efficiency and achieve operational goals. I enjoy leading teams, streamlining workflows, and building systems that support productivity and high-quality results.
In addition to my operations and leadership background, I have intermediate skills in social media marketing, including Facebook Ads management, Instagram marketing, and basic copywriting for online engagement. I also have basic video editing and photo editing skills, which allow me to support content creation and digital campaigns.
I am currently open to transitioning back into remote corporate roles, particularly in Operations, Training & Development, Team Leadership, Customer Support Management, or Digital Marketing Support.
