I manage detail work with less supervision, through time management and organization. I make sure, that I take care of the most urgent and critical/relevant ones first, then the least urgent and non-critical ones after. Being able to establish these, enables me to prioritize what is essential for its timely resolution. As result, I am able to consistently hit or exceed my companys target or goals.
