My 1st job was as a Clinical Intake Specialist for a healthcare account, while maintaining HIPAA regulations.
My 2nd job was for a Australian company and my role was to coordinate with merchants and customers, as well as track the customers' order and handle any complaints or follow ups.
My 3rd job was for a online e-commerce company which provides merchants with a website which they can manage through a software application so they may sell online, they also provide POS systems for selling products through retail. My role was to provide technical and customer support for the merchants software system and website by troubleshooting/replicating issues or helping merchants with their goals, as well advise our merchants on how to improve their business, this includes any SEO set ups and improvements. We also did up-selling, in which we do sales pitch to merchants whenever we get the opportunity. Our customer satisfaction was 90% or higher.
I am currently employed by 24x7 Direct as a Virtual Assistant for a Australian Company and I've been working here for more than a year. Here I receive inbound calls, make outbound calls, and answer emails from business owners, entrepreneurs, and those who wants to be one to answer their questions about their programs.
