I am an experienced Guest Experience Manager with a strong background in end-to-end short-term rental property management since 2018. With a degree in Education majoring in Social Studies, I started my career conducting research, facilitating group discussions, and preparing written reports. I later transitioned into high-level executive support, working directly with a CEO where I managed complex schedules, communications, confidential documents, and domestic/international travel arrangements—sharpening my organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Since November 2018, I have provided full operational management for short-term rental properties, including guest communication, reservations, housekeeping and maintenance coordination, vendor relations, claims processing, listing optimization, and performance monitoring across multiple OTAs. My combined experience in executive administration and property operations enables me to manage teams effectively, maintain high guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
