I have previous BPO work experience wherein I’m tasked in the technical customer support department, however, when I looked further to upskill my niche, I realized that I want to expand into logistics, I then completed the online training 3-day Freight Courses 101 and now taking the Masterclass to gain more knowledge and skills, this training is focused on US freight brokerage and truck dispatching operations.
Through this training, I developed practical knowledge and hands-on skills in shipment updates, driver follow-ups, and client communication, and I apply that expertise to support brokers and dispatchers, reduce delays, and improve visibility across freight operations.
I learned to use TMS and necessary tools that a Freight VA usually use for their daily tasks. Tools like DAT, Ascend and Truckstop are some that I am familiar with.
All I need now is an actual job to apply all my learnings to help and support streamline the current business workflow and achieve common goals together.
