A BIT ABOUT MY BACKGROUND:
I built my experience in two industries where accuracy and consistency are non-negotiable.
For 2 years, I worked in ESL School Operations. I managed daily schedules for 300+ teachers across multiple dashboards, monitored attendance and login times to prevent class disruptions, and conducted hourly checks to resolve technical issues immediately. I also handled frontdesk duties, answering student inquiries and coordinating with the academic team. This role trained me to stay organized, work under pressure, and maintain high-quality output with repetitive, time-sensitive tasks.
Then I spent 1 to 2 years in Non-Life Insurance as an Underwriting Staff. My main responsibility was issuing high-value policies such as surety bonds, performance bonds, and re-export bonds where even small errors are not allowed. I also prepared client quotations, managed vehicle insurance renewals, and provided support via phone, email, and Viber. This experience made me meticulous with documentation, strict with compliance, and professional with confidential information.
