I have previously worked as a project assistant, ESL teacher, and customer service representative. During my nearly 3-year tenure as a customer service representative, I demonstrated my ability to address various issues and complaints, including billing disputes, service interruptions, and equipment faults. As a project assistant, my duties primarily involved administrative and clerical tasks, including submitting regular reports to clients and management. I am also very proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel. I had to be flexible in my work assignments; some of my additional responsibilities included editing pictures and videos, and creating user guides for customers.
