With a background on manual testing, Functional testing, systems integration testing and regression testing and defect reporting. I also have a basic knowledge in Automation Testing particularly in Selenium and TOSCA thru trainings or bootcamps.
Work closely with BA, Devs and QA Leads to understand software requirements and outcomes
Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, test results, test plans)
Execute test cases for new and existing functionalities across web, mobile and desktop applications.
Document and track defects using MS Excel, MS Word, JIRA
Perform functional, regression and exploratory testing
Report issues clearly and concisely with supporting details and replication steps
Retest Bugs/Tickets and verify software fixes
Assist/Conduct Business Validation Test (BVT) whenever necessary
Communicate with Dev regarding issues/concerns encountered during Test Execution
Create Daily Status report, update team progress file/deck whenever necessary
Participate in tea-----------etings, sprint planning and test planning activities
Create/Update Jobs Aids for new and existing processes whenever documentation is necessary
