I graduated Cum Laude in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources Development Management. I completed my HR internship at Clark Development Corporation, gaining hands-on exposure to employee relations, HR processes, and corporate operations.
I began my professional career in 2020, joining Alorica PH as a Customer Experience Agent supporting an international logistics company during the height of the pandemic. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment strengthened my skills in customer communication, problem-solving, and performance management.
In 2024, I was promoted to Team Lead, where I lead, coach, and develop teams to deliver consistent service excellence while meeting business KPIs. I focus on people-first leadership, operational efficiency, and driving measurable results.
