I have 3 years and 11 months of experience as a Non-Voice Technical Representative. Although this is not my profession, it didn’t stop me from becoming an achiever in this field, proving my willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment and fast-paced industry. I became a top agent and was selected for newly implemented projects. Those are:
1. Dedicated Email Support Team (DEST) - where I become a top agent (even if I’m the newest agent (4 months)) for processing the largest number of tickets with quality. Validated and reviewed by the Operations Manager and the higher-ups.
2. Identity Defender Specialist (IDD) - only a few are selected for this project. I am one of these specialists to help the customers protect their identity by explaining the product and answering their queries.
3. Retention Team - responsible for retaining the customer and driving business growth by ensuring customer satisfaction through implementing strategies.
With these experiences, I want to be an asset and important to the company, having grown in my role and contributed to the company’s success.
