My first job was a recruitment associate for a BPO company which my responsibilities are screening job applicants, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting hiring managers in selecting qualified employees. And my last job was a costumer service representative for a Telco company where I receive calls from our costumers and handle any concern about their bills and do some technical support within my scope of knowledge and transfer them to the right department if I can't handle the technical issues and also do a little bit of sales if the situation presents it self.
