I am the Head of the Languages Department and Chair of the Research Ethics Committee at PATTS College of Aeronautics, where I oversee ethical compliance, review research proposals, and guide faculty and students from conceptualization to publication in international peer-reviewed journals.
I hold a Doctorate in Educational Management and have 16+ years of experience in higher education. As a faculty researcher and research adviser, I have led or advised 30+ published studies spanning aviation safety, AI in air traffic control, educational management, and gender equity in the workplace. I am also a co-author of three textbooks, including Practical Research 2: Focus on Qualitative Research (2023).
I am a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and Google Certified Educator, with formal training in Basic Research Ethics (DOST-Philippine Council for Health Research and Development). I am now seeking remote research roles where I can apply my expertise in research governance, ethical review, academic writing, and publication strategy to support rigorous, compliant, and impactful research operations.
