My Key Contributions:
Recreated and improved the cooperative’s Power BI dashboard, analyzing weaknesses and proposing enhancements to improve data visualization and reporting clarity.
Conducted system analysis and documentation for an internal IT request management system, identifying business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
Designed system architecture using Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD).
Built a Request Management System using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, TailwindCSS, MySQL, XAMPP, and phpMyAdmin to manage program requests, change logs, and correction requests submitted to the IT department.
Designed the database schema, including tables, relationships, and fields required for workflow management.
Created a UI/UX prototype using Figma before development to visualize system functionality and layout.
Developed the system prototype with features such as workflow tracking, request management, and structured task handling for IT operations.
Researched and explored Round Robin algorithm implementation for distributing call workloads efficiently across agents.
Conducted research on sentiment analysis algorithms for potential analysis of call notes and customer interaction feedback.
Performed data cleaning and preprocessing, including removal of duplicate email records from datasets.
Assisted in Excel and spreadsheet data management tasks for operational reporting.
Edited instructional or informational videos using Canva, including voice-over quality enhancement using Audiomass.
