I'm an experienced teacher/trainer for a diverse group of students/trainees. I know MS Office (word, excel, ppt) well. I have worked as a QA in a BPO and basically I managed emails from clients. I can work with less or no constant supervision. I'm also good at researching on my own to figure things out. I'm willing to be trained for any skill needed.
