I graduated Bachelors of Secondary Major in English with an almost 4-year experience in BPO industry. Therefore, I have developed strong communication skills, time management skills, endurance, and passion with my job. I am a fast learner, enthusiastic, adaptable and enjoys working with other people. Outside of work, I love learning, whether it's a new tech tool or a better way to manage projects.
